Bonneville While this model began its run as a full sized model, and shrunk down to a mid sized model in the 80s and 90s, it has returned to full size sedan status to be the flagship luxury model in the Pontiac lineup.

Default Ditch or Fix?

I have a '99 Bonneville SSEI with 190k miles. The car is in EXCELLENT condition both inside and out, but my supercharger (original) is failing. It has the tell-tale "rattling" noise coming from the nose cone. The alternator needs replaced and both belts as well. Oh, I have a tensioner pulley and an idler pulley that need replaced too. One more thing, the valve cover gaskets are shot and seeping oil. All are fixable, but the supercharger might take some time.

Question:

Should I fix it or ditch it?
