Default fuel problems?

i have a 96 bonnenille that died on me the other day on the way to work, at 65mph it studdered a couple times then just died and wouldn't restart i took the intake off and removed approx. 1 quart of gas from it. when i took off the vacume line for the fuel pressure regulator it was full of fuel i scanned the codes and found it said cylinder 4 misfired. i have gotten it to run a little if i haol the gas pedal to the floor but it runs like it's only half running, very rough as soon as i let off it dies. i have had people tell me it's the cam sensor, head gasket, and a bad fuel injector, that's a pretty wide range of things to check. has anyone had a similar problem, or have any idea of what to check?

Default RE: fuel problems?

I had a similar problemwith my '99 Bonneville SSEI, but my car was actually misfiring. I changed all the plugs and the wires and she purrs like a kitten. I used AC Delco plugs that I got from NAPA. They're worth it in my opinion.
