I've seen a lot of 2000-2003 bonnevilles where the paint is blistering/bubbling under the gas cap door. Why is this? Someone told me that it's because people spill fuel there, but another person told me it's because moisture is getting in that area. I've also seen this problem on the front lip of the hood.
