HELP Trouble with Subs and Amp

I put a brand new system in my car and it doesnt work. I heard that there is a stock amp somewhere in the cra if anyone knows anything about this please let me know!!!

Yes there is an amp in some models in the trunk i beleive the right rear quarter panel area or left
