Default low coolant light ?

My low coolant light is staying on even when the cooling system is full and bled. Any ideas where the sensor is or what the wire color coding is so I can look for a short?

I'm almost positive they put a little black sensor for the coolant light right under the filler cap on the rad. When they get gunked up due to the ****ty dex-cool that turns to sludge they stop reading right and just say you have low coolant. A short to the sensor is not common so it would be better to buy a new sensor or go to a scrap yard and see if you can get one. If you take out the sensor and find it to be coated in sludge try cleaning it off before wasting your money on a new one.
