power windows

i was curious if anyone could help me figure out the wiring for the power window motors. there is 2 posts on the motor itself with no labels at all. please help

ITs reverse polarity it it turns in one direction with 12v on one side and ground on the other post now reverse the ground and 12v and it turns the other way easy to test with a 12v drill battery and 2 leads.
