Running hot
I have a 96' Grand Prix 3.1L SE. It runs hot when idle or in stop and go traffic. It has brand new water pump, coolant, and now engine collant temp sensor (gauge). Fan #2 (passenger side) isnt turning on. The relay is good and when you jump pos and neg posts in fuse panel it turns on.
EDIT: Temp is 240 when I say running hot
