Default Whats the best way to get into low 13"

Need to know what the best way to get my 04 Grand Prix GTP into the low 13" And what parts are the best for the car and the price. Thanks

You can get New headers, intake, exhaust, a smaller pulley, new spark plug, U-Bend delete if you really want to, and that will increase you speed a little it could range from $400-$500. Check out zzperformance.com

start out with: cold air intake, exhaust, smaller pulley, 180 degree thermostat, headers, rocker arms and possibly an intercooler. I would definitely go look at zzperformance for a good idea of what to get. with these parts you should be able to drop your pulley size down to about 3.3" or 3.2"which will help drastically
