1996 Sunfire - Blower not working..
Replaced the blower motor resistor. Checked the fuse.
Don't know where the relays are, need to check those too. Are the HVAC motors themselves known to go out on these cars?

Is this a do it yourself job? No wonder most car owners doesn't even need to spend as many money with the labor - love to learn something mechanical.
