I have been working on this car for 2 weeks trying to troubleshoot it. I have no fuel pressure, no power windows, and no power seats. Power sunroof, radio, and lights all work. I have tried two new fuel pumps, swaped all of my relays and checked all my fuses. I got 12v at the fuel pump for two seconds when the key is turned on but the pump doesn't come on. I have done the wiggle test on the wires and tried the key on and off with the steering tilt wheel at different andles and can get anything. In the last two weeks, the car has started twice and when it started everything worked. I can't figure out why it started and can't repeat. Please give some good advice.
