just got an old catalina convertable from my dad, its been sitting for 13 years, i kno i have to get a new battery, change coolant, oil, and gas, and possibly more, but does anone by chance know the fluid capacities? any tips would be greatly apprectiated to get it running

 

ok, here we go....... if its a 8 cyl6 quarts of oil with new filter.fill filter 2/3 of the way up screw on then put the rest in motor.if transmission is thm 350 8 quarts after drain, would replace filter. differential 3 pints, .019 point gap if new points. firing order 18436572. 30 degress dwell setting .035 sparkplug gap cooling varies is it a/c.need more info to be exact newcap and wires would help also

 

its a 400, but im gotta find out what kind of trans it has, and the vin, for the exact make of the engine, its going to need floor pans, a trunk pan, and rear quarters, does anyone make those nowadays or am i sol?

 

dont know for a catalina... i would try yearone or maybe ames performance for parts

 

are the catalinas quarters and floors interchangeable with any other model/years?
