RE: auto lock feature
Hi scott41180,
To be honest with you, I’m not so familiar with remote alarm. Maybe you can check your repair manual, it’s explained there. To get some information about car repairs and car care I read some automotive topics like My Car Tool Kit.

RE: auto lock feature
If you look in the owners manual under "REMOTE" it will tell you how to set up the correct mode for what you want. Its usualy a combination of key on hold down the door lock button and listen for the number of chimes to tell you which mode its in then hitting the lock button until you get the mode you want. I think there are three modes. It also works for unlocking too. Like beeping the horn or flashing the lights etc.
