I'm kind of new to the whole Pontiac thing, but when I saw this 53 two door I was instantly hooked. It came with a sbc 350 and th350 trans in it but the column has the original hydra-matic shift selector and I was wondering what engines would mate to this transmission.
Call me ambitious but are there any classic Pontiac big blocks that will simply bolt up to this tranny or am I going to play hell trying to find something? Any information would be amazing considering my lack of knowledge in this department.
