I am woundering if i could put a 1986 3.0L engine from a grand am into my 1990 grand prix STE in place of its 3.1L, mainly woundering because my 3.1 engine blew up on friday (i wasnt beating it, but she was really tired. didnt like goin up hills, and tranny wasnt working right setting her to redline but anyway) and i just happen to have a 3.0 that runs really good, but the car body sucks. and my grand prix has a nearly rust/dent free body.
