My wipers are stuck in the up position. When I use the wipers they almost stop in the proper position and then decide to come back up and stop. I wanted to check the relay but I can not find it. Could there be another way to solve this if it is not the relay?

 

i'm having the problem of wipers only working on high speed only the delay does not work nor slow speed i was wandering if it was not the wiper motor it's self since there is computer components on the conection on the wiper motor? what do you think
