Default 1964 Gran Prix

Hey everyone, I'm new here to the board and you all have a great site. I have had my eye on a 1964 Gran Prix (Dark blue/ white, documented low miles, A/C, eight lug wheels, fully sorted and with a fresh nuts and bolts restoration) that is definately in great condition, a real #1 car. There seems to be a disconnect however in what I should be paying for a pristine example. NADA states that I should pay a little more than $18,100 for a "high" value car, while Cars That Matter guide says I should be paying almost ten thousand more for such a car. It is being offered at $34,500 right now, so my question is, if I buy it am I getting a steal or paying too much? The seller might come down a bit, but I think the NADA price is unrealistic. The seller has over $45,000 in recent reciepts. Any input is appreciated. Thanks.
