326 pontiac engine
i have recently overhauled a 326 engine. my question is : is it necessary to put the windage tray back in the oil pan? i beleive that is what it is called but not for sure. my mechanic inserted the inner dip stick tube into block but won`t go because it hits the windage tray. can anyone tell me what i need to do?
