Help with 98 Grand PRix
Hello, im new to this website, and im having trouble with my 98 Pontiac Grand PRix GT, it seems that i cant get it to rev over 4000rpm, and sometimes when i slow down my car just shuts off, if any one can help , please reply. or email me at akafghani@yahoo.com, thank you

Hey there Freddie,
I'm pretty new to this and don't know alot about cars, but have you checked the PCV (positive crankcase ventilation) valve? It has a bit to do with idling speeds, check your manual on how to remove it or replace it. what kind of prix do you have, is it 3.8L or 3.1?
