have 2005 sunfire, the horn won't work. fuse ok and there is power to the hot side of the fuse, but no juice to the horn itself. guess i will have to check under the hood fuse and take apart the horn button. had lot's of cars and lot's of problems, but never the horn not working.

 

Check if the fuse is correct. Remove the fuse and check its continuity with the help of a multimeter.
