I am a parent of a learning disabled child who goes to a special school here in Austin. You can read about the school at http://www.odysseyschool.com. Odyssey is a 501(c)3 non-profit and is a God-send for those of us who have children who were not learning within the public school system.
As part of our annual fundraising we are raffling off a 1958 Star Chief. We are blessed to have a parent who has donated cars for the past 3 years for us to raffle off. 2 years ago we had a 1958 Cadillac, last year it was a 62 Thunderbird. This year its the Star Chief.
The car has under 60,000 miles and is in gorgeous shape inside and out. The raffle tickets are $20 each, 6 for $100 and can be purchased from the school website. Only 2500 tickets are available. I hope you will consider purchasing one to support our school. PM me if you have any questions.
I am very active in the BMW community, you can find more information about the car on bimmerfest.com: at http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=188107
You can see pics of the car on bimmerfest at the above link (can't seem to convince the board SW to link to my pics).
