Hello all,

Just stumbled across the site and wanted to sign up. Although new to the site, I'm not new to Pontiacs as I have owned several but my true love is my 79 Firebird Esprit that I will be making into T/A clone out of. I've sadly been at this project for 20 years and that's the name I gave her "The Project". I am working on a proper name for her. (edit - She has been named ~Ruby~)

The new focus is to just get the car back together so I can enjoy it safely, and slowly rebuild and fix up as I go.


front end has been rebuilt and bolted back onto the body and waiting for the engine transplant. I'm sticking with the 301 as I have a running engine that I just pulled from Black Betty (parts car) and I will starting to clean and repaint that next week.

I will start a proper thread in the 2nd gen section with more detail and what not in a day or two.
