I need help with my 99 pontiac sunfire automatic. It won't shift from the park position. It was running and shifting fine. Shut it off and went inside for 10 minutes came back out and it started fine and continues to run fine. It just won't let me shift from the park position. All fuses are fine. PLease help

did you push on the brake pedal and hold it when trying to put it in gear?? or are you parked on a hill?? if it worked fine just put a little muscle into it
