My cousin just bought a 99 Sunfire with the 2.2 engine and his speedometer doesn't work. It doesn't even light up. Is there a fuse or a wire we should be looking for? Any suggestions?

I didn't even know pontiac had digital speedometers on these things. My 99 is analogue. I know someone that had a van with a digital speedometer and his went out too. His did have a fuse, but it was one of the main ones under the hood. (not sure if sunfires had these, never had to deal with them, but you could check)

 

try to check for these pontiac parts >> the fuse and wirings attached to your digital speedometer.
