Default Stuck between an 04 and 05

Hello all. I am new here so this is my first post.

I am stuck between two Sunfires and am looking for any insight on an 04 and 05. Both have the following:

Two doors
Sunroof
Foggies
Automatic
Cruise
AC
CD/MP3 Player

Here is what the 2004 has over the 2005:

Traction control with an on/off switch
Alloy wheels
Monsoon stereo
XM radio
Power locks
Power windows
Dual exhaust

The 2005 has the following over the 2004:

Remaining factory warranty
Carfax certified
For saleby a reputable local used car lot

Am curious about how the dual exhaust on the 2004 will affect performance, longevity, fuel economy, etc. I have owned numerous Cavaliers in the past and have found them in the last 10 years to be very reliable. It is hard to say about what the actual fuel economy will be. My 1995 got 45 highway, my 2000 Z24 got 32 highway, and my 2002 only got 28 on the highway. Any info on what kind of fuel economy is attained will be helpful also.

I like all the "goodies" that are on the 2004 model, but like the younger 2005 for other reasons, so I am at a stalemate. Any advice?

Thank you in advance.

Fuel economy will not be effected by the dual exhaust...Its just for a sporty look. I would go with the 04.
