I saw this video showing how to replace front door handles on a 2005 Pontiac Vibe without taking off the inside panel:



But for some reason I can't tighten the torx screw to secure the lock. I also noticed that the lock side part of the handle was popped out. Do I have the wrong handles, or what do I need to do to complete the job?
