timing help

Default timing help

i have a 74 pontiac 400 and im not sure what the timing should be at, its right now at 38 degrees and i did move it back to this since it was too far advanced before and wouldnt let me start up when the engine became hot, this has seemed to help the issue a lot i just needed to know what about it the timing should be near. thanks
