3800 rev limiter?

Default 3800 rev limiter?

when i go to rev the engine in neutral or in park it seems like it is limited at about 4k rpm, is that true or is ther something wrong with my motor? also, if it is limited, is there a way to remove that limiting? thanks

Your car will have a rev limit at approx 3800rpm. This can be removed quite simply by changing your pcm with an aftermarket one.
